Our Research Workshop this Wednesday (3 December) at Swinburne University in Melbourne, brings together established and early career academics across disciplines (and from all our research nodes) whose research explores the concept of ‘identity’ in many different ways.
The workshop includes presentations discussing current research understanding hearing voices as a dimension of ‘self’; explorations of national identity in Fiji; research that focuses on microbloggers’ construction and circulation of ‘social currency’ as business strategy; and detailed examination of interactions between Romanies, local institutions and others in Italy; amongst many other presentations.
